Fieldstone Granary is dedicated

to promoting production of spelt

and other certified organic grain

crops in the Okanagan and

throughout BC. To do this we 

assist with organic certification,

obtaining seed for crops, for

cover crops and marketing bulk

sales.  As well, we provide

consumers with an opportunity 

to purchase quality organic spelt,

buckwheat, flax, barley, oats

and various other grains.

Spelt was first introduced in the area in
1991. The Okanagan’s ideal climate has
provided consumers and growers with
some of the world’s finest spelt.
