The KoMo Flic Floc is a hand operated flaker. The case is made of thick, oiled beech multiplex. The two ball bearing, cone shaped stainless steel rollers are driven by a large easy-to-turn crank. With a removable stainless steel hopper, cleaning is quick and easy, and the rollers can be cleaned by simply pressing a cloth against them and turning the handle backwards.
