Here at Fieldstone we’ve discovered the Ultimate Whole Breakfast, providing just the right mix of oats, buckwheat, golden flax, barley, spelt, and lentils.
This breakfast can be eaten in a variety of different ways including flaked. The easiest and probably the most popular is to soak in either water or milk. A single serving of approximately 3-5 tablespoons can be soaked in water for 12- 24 hours. For those of you who prefer to soak in milk, bring the mix to a scald and then let sit for 12 hours before reheating ready to eat.
The grains are tasty and flavourful and can be sweetened with yogurt, fruit or syrup.
Each kernel of grain is a capsule full of fibre, vitamins and minerals which are released while chewing.
